i think the opponent folds this often enough since his bets don't necessarily mean strength. having more outs just means he doesn't have to fold as often for the play to be correct.

I agree. I took a longer more detailed look and I like it. I think Villian does fold the river often enough. I think the turn is good too. On the turn his likely hands are a draw, a t or a pair. On the river it's a draw, or pair (no T).
