There's a program called Excel from a little company called Microsoft that works well for this.

I am also a B&M only player and I keep records for date, game/casino, net profit/loss, hours played and comments/notes. One row per session, the above elements in columns. You can then have another column with a formula that calculates your hourly rate, and you can also easily calculate standard deviation and stuff like that. Also, graphs are easy to generate out of Excel. There are lots of books out there if you haven't used this product much.
