not sure why you took a break, as I just started posting a lot on the forum again, but I recently just did the same thing. I hadn't played much for 5-6 months, tried to go back to playing $200nl, and didn't feel good about my play at all, and didn't have as big a bankroll as I used to, so thought I would rather play crappy at lower stakes until I stopped sucking. Moved to $50nl for a couple weeks, and now I'm back at $200nl and feel much better about the way I'm playing.
