Okay, figured out the effect of Bonus on the numbers. Since I basically played only the required number of hands to clear bonus, this should be pretty accurate. (I did find one Crypto site, PokerPlex that I did play beyond the clearing number, which would skew things. That raw rake number is 4.06%)

Here's the table again, second number is after I take my bonus into account (I can't account for anyone else at the table.)

Now to account for game quality...
