Nope, just press the edit button. If you want to have a user name so that you get credit for your edits, you can register pretty easily (just need a name and password), but you don't need that to edit.
To add new pages, you can type the address in your browser or make a link from an existing page by typing it like this: [[Foxwoods]]. Then you'll see a red link if there's no page there yet, and editing will add the page.
