This guy has a flush draw 75% of the time and some random K most of the rest of the time. The only hand I would actually be worried about is Ac8c which is a slight favorite over you and would consider a massive over bet like this.
Either way you need to bet the flop here because bottom 2 pair is a good but very vulnerable holding especially with the 2 flush on board and giving free cards is just bad poker.
