You really have to fold these hands (not small pairs). KQo, often KQs, KJ, QJ are all not worth it; they make 2nd best hands soooo often. Suited aces and suited connectors are even more dangerous. The whole point of these early rounds is to let the other guys piss their chips away and leave yourself with enough of a stack to play the bubble correctly. By playing these hands (under most circumstances) you'll join them, at least I have in my experience with them.
