I think that depends on some other factors. How are your blinds gonna react for example. If you kno that one of them or both particulary likes to defend their blinds a raise here is no good. But limping will also invite them into the pot. Also, how will the UTG player take this? Has he made the limp in early position, reraise play before? Can he be outplayed on later streets?
