Presumably you believed him. Why?

Not sure i would. In fact id be more inclined to believe he has nothing when saying he does. This may be a level too shallow however.

Not sure you can effectively do this online - maybe thats just me though.

Any way i look at it, id be inclined to fold it on the flop anyway - you showed strenth, he shows a lot more with the check-raise, the fold is right imo, i just dont get why asking is good.

What if he shows AT? This shows to the table you can be bluffed of 'big hands'. Just fold it quietly.

Again, i emphasise this is all in my opinion, take that how you want
