Not sure whether you get this in the US but I love Black Pudding which is basically Fried Pigs Blood and somteimes Fat - absolutely fantastic with Bacon and Eggs for Brekfast - Yum! Try it you really don't know what you are missing [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]
