I tend to raise QQ to 90 at each of the first 3 levels, and up it a little bit if there are limpers.
3x is pretty bad for levels 1&2 since stacks will be quite deep, and you want to charge them for entering the pot. The more you bet preflop, the larger the mistake they make by calling, and the lower the implied odds they have.
Raising to 90 will get as many calls as raising to 60.
