I think what you are saying is extremely unimportant. If it's really important for you in your own mind that "Group 1" vs. "Group 2" hands are separated, use whatever numbers you want. If you're playing poker, and not just trying to memorize starting hand charts, the distinctions are pointless. JJ is strong. It is not as strong as AA, KK, or QQ. It should be played differently. That's basically it; each situation you find yourself in will be different so you can't say much beyond that, really. I'd rather have KQs on a flop of Q-6-4. I'd rather have JJ against 9-6-4.
