Default Re: How the do you know when your getting better?

First, you have to know there is always room for improvement. Don't ever get satisfied and quit trying to learn. What I noticed as I progress is I spend a lot less time questioning my play, win or lose when I leave the table. You should be able to know as soon as the hand is over, probably about 90% of the time if you played it correctly. There are always different things you could have did in a session, but I think for the most part if you don't leave a session with a ton of questions on your play, your probably improving.
Being able to continue to win as you move up in levels obviously is probably the biggest clue. Just keep plugging along, read hand reviews, books, incorportate new things into your game and find some good tables. Good luck.
