I plan on using the book to aid my advance from 3/6 to 5/10 slowly. I've always done well at 2/4 and 3/6, live and online for about 2 years now. I figured I was ready for 5/10 ... and maybe I am and I just had a bad first experience, but I don't think a good text that I use as a tool and not a bible will really hurt at all.
