Brian and Stewie, their dry wit and humor is original and subtle. Quagmire is close maybe because he's such a memorable sleeze.

Although Peter is hilarious, he's an overdone H.J. Simpson clone and his humor is usually pretty lowbrow. Lois isn't meant to be funny to balance Peter out, Chris is overdone and has a lot of lines that just miss in between his great ones. Meg is depressing.

I think the best part of the show are the random cameo appearances from known social icons that they twist so well.
