Theory of Poker- I\'m missing Chap 3, but have two Chap 4\'s?!
I just got Theory of Poker from Amazon.com.
My copy is missing Chap3 (fundamental theorem of poker). instead i have duplicate pages of p33-48 [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
Is it my bad luck, or is there a problem with the Seventh Printing?
