This is one of the better essays I've read on 2+2, ever.

I'm really low on the poker totem pole. Fact is, I'm where OP claims he was 2 years ago, and I realize that. I've been floundering with how to get out of that rut for awhile now, and there's been no spark that made me want to actually get down to business and do things right.

This post might be that spark. I'm not sure. But its well written, its not condescending, and its got some great points for rookies like myself. I wish my officers had been as intelligent and driven as you, BDD. That certainly would have made my time in the Corps less stressful [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
