I agree (except for the fact that I believe that more than 2% of the audience for that show plays poker online). Movies and tv shows are usually not supposed to be realistic in a literal way. They sometimes need to use convenient visual metaphors that would not make sense in real life. It's similar to the oreo cookie in Rounders. Obviously, in real life KGB would not have a tell that is so simple and consistent and obvious. But there is no good way to quickly present real tells to an audience not familiar with poker, so the cookie is an easy stand-in. It's a movie or a tv show. It's not meant to be exactly like real life. If it were, I could just look out my window instead of watching.
