A previous post has a broken link. Here is what I think is a good one.
If the link goes stale or otherwise does not work, here are the steps:
1.
www.senate.gov
2. Click 'active legislation'
3. Search the page using your browers search (Edit/Find] "Energy"
4. Click through on that item you find in the list ("energy bill")
5. Many will list, pick the last one listed-- the one that passed and signed by W.
