Default Party $109 MTT: 99 hand with small M facing a raise

Blinds are 100/200 with a little bit of time left. About 150 left and the bubble is 60. I have T1300. I'm dealt the black 9s on the CO. EP/MP who has ~T3000 raises to 650. I pretty much have no read with him except for when he raised to 175 when the blinds were 25/50, fired a cbet of 350 into a 550 pot, and then folded to a checkraised all in of 400 more. It's folded to me, do I...

A) Push knowing my M is getting small and that I'll need to double up soon, knowing I could have him dominated with a lower pocket pair or hopefully at worst a coin flip.

B) Wait for a better hand because I could be dominated vs a higher pocket pair or be a coinflip for my tournament life. Also the blinds next to me are tight and I can probably steal a lot when it come back around where I'll have a lot of FE as well.
