Adult fruit flies only live for a few days, so if you get rid of whatever they're laying eggs in, they'll be gone in a few days. So throw out any leftover food, bottles with stale beer, clean up your dirty dishes, take out the garbage, and they will be gone soon. If you don't want to wait, use some Raid or other indor bug spray. But if you don't get rid of what they're breeding in, the bug spray won't help much, because they will breed faster than you can kill them.
