no real set in stone guidelines for me... i'd typicallly check a long with a two gapper like Q-9... with that many limpers i'd consider pumping it with 8-9s on up... and maybe J-9... although some strong players could easily recognize the possibility of you building the pot with SC's, it will add deception to your hand as well...
