hey guys, i appreciate the comments. As it was my first experience heads up like this which stacks this large compared to the blinds. jfern had had the dominant stack for the entire final table and once it got heads up i felt i had pretty good control of the situation even though he had over a 2 to 1 advantage. My plan heads up was to keep the pots small early and to outplay him after the flop. I was willing to passively play in small pots for as long as my stack could take it since I felt I could out 'patience' him since he had not been overly agressive at the FT (a huge mistake on his part imo). Had villian been more agressive heads-up I would of had to have pushed some smaller edges a little hard but as it was, he allowed me to passively stay in the game until I caught him with the K5 hand.
