Heres a quick tip on how i did it.
Play 50nl. The reason for this is the fact that its the lowest limit where if only the 2 blinds play against each other a raked pot is created (its $0.05). More often than not the small blind will not fold and a rake is created. This allows you to clear the bonus far quicker without putting too much of your bankroll at risk.
