Raise if you have reason to think you have him beat and he will call.
Do NOT fold on the river.
You definitely have the best hand often enough for a fold to be incorrect.
In order to raise you need to be called by a worse hand more then 50% of the time. If you do push, two pair should be able to get away from the hand while all better hands will certainly call. I flat call the river bet.
