It really is simple stuff. Generally, you sretch each joint in the OPPOSITE direction that sitting at a keyboard forces you to stay. In anatomical terms, sitting at a keyboard promotes a slouched, head-forward posture, protracted shoulder girdles, internally rotated shoulders, tight hip flexors, poor circulation, etc, etc, etc.
