Default Re: 10/20 situation, call down, raise flop, fold?

Post flop, I prefer a flop-raise, check behind on turn, and call on river. You'll save a SB most of the time this way.

Yea sometimes you can save one small bet. Sometimes you get 3bet by A2 or TK and fold the best hand (TK almost always bluffs the river if it misses by the way). Sometimes you cause a hand like 57 to fold when it would have bet the turn and maybe even the river. Sometimes you end up folding your 5 outer and forfeit equity in the pot. Sometimes he donks the turn or river.

That saved small bet isn't looking so nice anymore, is it?

Also, by checking the turn you give a free card to any draws. Betting the turn and checking the river is significantly better.
