I think it more likely NO will score first. You forget that earlier in the year the refs handed ATL 21 points on the day (yes, horrid calls that resulted in 3 TDs). Anything can happen, but NO will be very motivated for this one.

And as far as penalties, D. NO has been racking them up lately.
