poker327: I'm going by what one of the dealers said, that it's for time-charged games. Are there any games in the high-stakes room that are raked? Maybe by 2012 I'll have the bankroll to find out for myself.

My assumption was that they kill two birds w/ one stone -- take care of the high-rollers, but blame it on the time charge. Regardless, you can edit that site so feel free to put the policy as you understand it.
