Suited aces are good heads up or with many opponents, so generally you shouldn't call. Raise if you think you can get it heads up (and likely to have the pre-flop raiser beat), or fold. You could consider calling if:
1) You don't think raising will get it heads up.
2) You think calling would result in several more callers behind you.
3) Your kicker isn't too bad (a high rag vs. a low one).
