Why do you continually and knowlingly avoid profitable out of position situations? Every post of yours confuses me.
I ask, genuinely, because I believe that a winning player makes most of his money out of position. Playing in position is generally relatively easy and more straightforward, and I feel that the decisions we make out of position are a greater determinant of our success.
