Given the limited info, I would have to say the villain probably has a pocket pair and does not have a 7, I'm not convinced we can eliminate QQ-AA given the lack of a pf re-raise, but I'm fairly sure AA is smoothcalling there more often than not, especially with the button yet to act, so I'm content to remove it from his range.

The question now is, how low does his range go (for instance, should we say he has KK-88 or KK-TT?), this is where reads/context comes into play. Truth is though, you have a > 49% equity against KK-99, so it seems like an obvious call to me.
