Why does everyone assume that villian doesn't have a higher
pocket pair? A lot of players, and I'm not advocating this
strategy, will flat call raises with big pocket pairs. It's incorrect to assume that villian can't have a bigger
pair.
Having said that, without any reads, if we put villian on
a range of hands, smaller pocket pairs through Aces, and
AK, and AQ I would reluctantly call.
