I've seen this, as a stage show for a bachelor. They took the guy up to one of the stages, handcuffed him up there, pulled up his tighty-whiteys (from the sides, wouldn't want roaming hands huh?), and ripped them from there. It's like a wedgy, but I guess as soon as they rip you can breathe free again.
