Often, in micro-limit hold 'em, people will cold call two bets almost as loosely as they do one bet, with 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], and other -EV hands.
