It's all the same thing- you've created a "buy-in -10%" tourney instead of a buyin + $5.
No matter how it is disguised, it's always a buy-in plus fee. A $60 -$5 isn't any different than $55 + $5. I never understand why people see them as different.
Just another idea instead of tacking on the (+5) to the entry
