Are you sure that subaffiliates mechanism is also stops functioning then? Party's affiliate Agreement states that parent affiliate gets cut of 1/5 from his subs. You said that when individual tracking disabled then parent is unable to see what amount comes from his subs (and what amount from whom of them)? What is your source or what previous situaton you refer? Is subaffiliates payments report at Party affiliate page depends on same individual tracking enabled?

You misunderstand the situation. When you sign up with EV, you're not actually getting a subaffiliate account. You're just sending new players to EV who puts them under their account and pays you for them. So when indiv tracking is inevitably shut off, the players are under the EV umbrella account NOT yours (you don't even get one of your own).
