Was cruising along at 35k, lost a pot that made me tilt a little, then tried to put a donk off a hand and lost that. Someone forced me off a hand where I knew he had crap but my crap was worse, and lost a flip with KQd against TT. Down to 6000 and wanting to cut myself.
