i hear you on the aggressive enough...
but this board is mad draw-y. giving a free card is teh suck.
it means he's aggressive enough to raise your bet with worse cards (and of course you have 4 outs) so you can bet/call again.
of course.... this begs the question why not 3bet the flop.
and i still dislike the river fold.
all the answers seem to lead back to this guy scaring you.
