Is it appropriate to ask ...
Playing 3-6 mid afternoon, and the table starts to thin out. My table has 5 players, and the only other table at this level has 6. The floor says that he'll combine the games if it gets down to 10, but can't do anything else.
Here's the question -- with 5 players would it have been appropriate for me to ask the floor to reduce the rake until we had a fuller table? If yes, anyone have an idea of what my chances of succeeding would have been?
