I am very familiar with Elmo. Elmo has a very well rounded game in Limit, NL, and Stud and Stud8. He is actually a very exceptional Stud player. His clever play and tactful humor comes from his Yale education. I've met him in the Pink Game at the Trop about 4 years ago, and have played 10-20, 20-40 HE as well as 15-30 Stud at the taj w/ him.
He is a stand out guy who tells it how it is. If you are a strong player, don't teach to the fishes. I remember I laid down AA face up on a KK5 flop against a very unsophisticated straight up player and he didn't appreciate that.
"you start teaching these kids and fishes how to play and some of them might actually get a clue and learn to play better. You don't want players to get better, do you?"
