faster turnaround and profit for good players:

- start with 600 or 800 stacks
- rounds = 15 min
- blinds start at 15/10, 30/15, 50/25 then double each round.
- color up the 5 chips at 50/25 through high card deal off don't color up again
- starting stack 5-5 chips 4 to 8 25's and the rest 100's
- make them 110's or 115's with 10 seats (10 or 15 is the vig)
- payout = 500/300/200
- duration = 40-50 min
