Default Re: anyone have a good craps resource for learning? (NC)

I took a dice setting seminar in Vegas. Pretty awesome. I think the guy's name is Heavy and his seminar is called Axis Power craps or something like that. It will swing the odds in your favor in the long run (of course with huge swings in between). It's far from an accurate and exact science. Really, you're just influencing the dice a little bit so that the odds of certain numbers increase or decrease depending on how you set them. It takes a lot of practice but if you find that you're going to be playing A LOT of craps, it's worth it. If you don't want to bother with that, just do pass line with max odds and don't pass (but I say don't lay. Laying odds is a zero sum bet, if it's on the don't and the shooter rolls a point, enjoy the fact that you now have the advantage). One thing you might look for is players around you who are not betting max odds and asking if you can put your money there.
