Check Realtor.com for zip code 80209, 3 bed, 3 bath. A house that size, it's incredibly overpriced. You could get something way nicer, plus a really hot Russian mail order bride for at least $100K less.
As your buyer's agent, I'm telling you this is not a good deal.
