With 9 flush outs + 2 discounted overcard outs + 1 back-door straight outs + fold equity, I think I have at least 50% equity in this hand.
Anyway, in retrospect, I think I would have been better off just check/raising with a made flush or calling down or leading with a made pair. That way, I would have lost the least won the most from him.
