Default Re: why do some rakebacks have sliding percentage scales

granny I think I've been very careful not to use this thread as any sort of encouragement of actual solicitation. if you think posting the results publicly would reduce the chances of keeping the 2+2 boards clutter-free, then I could offer only to distribute the information by request via PM, or set up a separate, dedicated web site that will not affect the day-to-day activities here.

i think a secondary reason for the lack of useful rakeback data from zoo veterans is that many longtime online poker players have already taken initiative to become affiliates themselves. The +EV (though highly variable) associated with being a rakeback client goes hand in hand with the +EV of being a rakeback provider, so there is some degree of conflict/interest where one is compelled to suggest that a novice player get a rakeback deal, yet not be able to specify any tangible details about them, even on his/her own personal setup.

so I will get started shortly on my project for those that care, and life goes on for those who don't.
