Default QQ flops a set with str8-flush draw on board

Here's a tricky one that I played last night.

Absolute $200 NL $1BB 9-handed

Hero $218
Villain1 $160
Villain2 $52

Villain1 = loose-passive, occasionally loose-aggressive
Villain2 = loose-passive

Hero is BB Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Villain1 = LMP
Villain2 = CO

Preflop: EP limps, Villain1 limps, Villain2 raises to $5, Button calls, SB calls, Hero calls, EP folds, Villain1 calls.

Flop ($26) 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
SB checks, Hero checks, Villain1 checks, Villain2 bets $6, Hero calls, Villain1 calls

Turn ($44) K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero checks, Villain1 checks, Villain2 checks

River ($44) 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero bets $40, Villain1 folds, Villain2 calls

I'm not sure I played it right, probably should have lead the flop. What do you think?
