Poker In Europe wont let me cash out on same card deposited on?
As party is down I deposited £50 on Poker in Europe earlier tonight.
I did pretty well and went to cash out my £50 but they wont let me cash out on this card as I deposited with my VISA card earlier this month and they are saying I have to cash out on that first.
Is this right? Does anyone have any advice please as I am about to chat with the manager in 10 mins.
Dont want to cash back out to my VISA card as I have already paid that myself and I dont see the point of paying interest on that to get the money back to my bank account.
Also there is no warning about this when you make a deposit.
