proof that the equity function is a straight-line once we get heads up. I'm sure that I'll get a lot of huhs? for suggesting it, but a lot of thinking went into it and it's useful to know for HU freezeouts.

i like this one. i don't know enough about random walks to verify the 2nd half, but the first half is spot on. very well thought out, very clear. doing analysis on an individual hand and then expanding to the whole tourney is sharp.
did that guy ever post any more here?
