1. Square your finances. If you're down 10 buyins, find a way to drop down, stop playing until you can boost your roll, or acknowledge that your risk of ruin is now significantly greater.

2. Tighten up. You've already done this. 18/6/4 is good for full ring.

3. Review big loss hands in PokerTracker; this is one of its most useful features. You're obviously OK preflop if you're 18% VP$IP. Are you overplaying your premium pairs, because you see a playable hand more seldom now?

4. Post hands, post hands, post hands. You need to have others tell you specifically where your play is off the rails. That's what the forum is for.
